Meet Our Award-Winning Team of Dentists and Staff
Drs. Lissa Alconcel, Charles Fischer, and Jackson bring together decades of combined experience and a genuine passion for whole-body dental care. Dr. Alconcel has been recognized as a Top Dentist by 5280 Magazine and dedicates time to serving seniors in long-term care facilities across Colorado. Dr. Fischer has been named one of the Best Dentists in America and has been recognized as a Top 5280 Dentist continuously since the magazine launched in 2004.

Lissa Alconcel, DDS
Dr. Lissa Alconcel provides patients with comprehensive dental care so they can enjoy continued well-being. She believes personalized care allows for comfortable and individualized dental treatment plans.
Dr. Alconcel is a proud Colorado native who attended Colorado State University for a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in toxicology. She graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine where she was the president of the American Association of Women Dentists as well as the national representative of the Christian Medical and Dental Association®. Dr. Alconcel’s commitment to education includes staying up to date on recent advancements in dentistry and being a member of multiple study organizations.
At Colorado State University, Dr. Alconcel competed as an NCAA Division I swimmer for the CSU Rams. After graduation, she continued to train as a triathlete and has competed in three Ironman Triathlons. In addition, she is a certified emergency medical technician (EMT) and works part-time providing dental care to seniors in long-term care facilities. Dr. Alconcel and her husband, Brandon, have three children, Owen, Brooke, and Ryan, a boxer/lab mix named Izzy and a Boston terrier named Kali. They enjoy Colorado outdoors, CSU football games, swimming, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Charles Fischer, DDS
Dr. Charles Fischer is a Colorado native. He graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry and has enjoyed practicing as a leader in his field for over 40 years. Involved with several local, state, national, and honorary dental organizations, he has served in the areas of peer review, program development, and postdoctoral education. Dr. Fischer attends numerous postgraduate courses throughout the year. He has taught throughout the U.S., Canada, and England. His profession recognizes him as an authority on restorative dentistry and occlusion. He has been selected in the Best Dentists of America and Top 5280 Dentists in Restorative Dentistry continually since its inception in 2004.
Dr. Fischer enjoys traveling with his wife, Lynn, and spending time with his family and five grandchildren and five grand dogs. In his free time, Dr. Fischer enjoys videography, photography, golf, and competitive masters swimming. He has competed in many national competitions and in the World Masters Championships, where he placed in the top five for his age group in several events. “My rewards in both my professional and personal life come from the quality of the relationships I have with my family, my friends, my work colleagues, and the patients I have the opportunity and honor to serve.”

Malik Jackson, DDS
Dr. Malik Jackson believes in meeting patients where they are and finds that the best outcomes come through collaboration.
Dr. Jackson was raised in Grand Junction, Colorado. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Spanish from Colorado State University. Following his time in Fort Collins, he worked as a full-time Dental Assistant under Drs. Fischer and Alconcel while applying to dental school. In that role, he developed a deep appreciation for the patients of Greenwood Village Dentistry and an admiration for the high standard of care the office provides.
Dr. Jackson continued his studies at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, distinguishing himself through academics and clinical outcomes, and by becoming involved in several organizations promoting outreach.
Driven by a passion for continual learning and improvement, Dr. Jackson elected to pursue a General Practice Residency at the Rocky Mountain VA Medical Center. During his residency, Dr. Jackson had the rewarding opportunity to serve our Veterans all the while expanding his training.
In his free time, Dr. Jackson enjoys exploring Colorado’s hiking trails, attending concerts and sporting events, and staying active through exercise and sports.
Monique, RDH, OMT
Monique is a Colorado native and has been in dentistry since 2006. She started off as a dental assistant in general dentistry and has also worked in pediatrics. She then chose to continue her education and became a registered dental hygienist. Continuing education is one of Monique’s passions as she is constantly striving to learn even more about how she can best help our patients. Monique is a certified Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist, a member of the Colorado Dental Hygiene Association and American Academy of Oral Systemic Health.
Monique is a mom of three and married to a teacher and swim coach. She and her family love their three dogs and the outdoors, spending a lot of their time in the mountains skiing or hiking when there isn’t a swim meet!
Lauren, RDH
Lauren has been in the dental field since 2012. She worked as a dental assistant for nine years, where she found her passion in periodontics when working at University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. This motivated her to return to school to become a Registered Dental Hygienist, where she could become a provider in preventing disease and keeping patients healthy.
Lauren moved to Colorado from St. George, Utah in 2018, where she and her husband decided to start their family. Together, they have two beautiful little girls that they raise in the outskirts of Denver.
Shannon, Lead Dental Assistant
Shannon started in the dental field as an assistant in 2004. She has a great deal of passion for her career, and her “why” is that she loves of helping people find full health. This is through their dental care and the trust that is built between her, the team, and our patients, as well as watching people’s confidence be restored through dentistry.
She loves hiking, traveling, trying new foods and restaurants, watching and reading crime stories, and spending time with her daughter and her dog.
